What You Don't Know About SVN's Newest Austin Exec, Loree Misch

Loree Misch just set up a new commercial real estate office marking SVN's entrance to the Austin market. We quizzed her on the new business and more. Here are her answers.

Title: SVN | Tamarack managing director

What’s up with the new office/affiliation: I have extensive commercial real estate experience related to the financial market and evaluation of resorts, retail, recreation and outpatient clinics. In addition, real estate has played a central role in my investment fund. 2016 Goal: To recruit like-minded people who share our core covenants, who appreciate our sales platform, who know the numbers and like to collaborate.

Market Insight: How corporations occupy space could be a game changer for landlords.

Bullish On: Austin and its economic growth.

Career Highlight: I have many; any time I can discover unrealized value for my clients, transform, turn around or reposition an asset I'm happy. Having said that, the time I worked with Roger Rabbit and Eeyore hosting families of Desert Storm soldiers.

Family: Son, Jack

Favorite Food: Crab cakes and dark chocolate

Hobby: Meditation, stand-up paddle board, hiking, anything outdoors, and any activity with my son.

Last Vacation: Bend, OR

Alma Mater: University of Florida. Go Gators!
