Web Conferencing Company Reaffirms Buckhead HQ With Lease Renewal

An Atlanta web conferencing software company is keeping its split presence in Atlanta, and doubling down on it.

PGi inked renewals and expansions at Terminus 100 (above) and Georgia 400 Center in Alpharetta in deals that solidify its presence in both locations through 2028. Terminus will continue to be PGi's HQ. The combination gives the tech company 70k SF of office. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Patrick Duffy and Taylor Senter brokered the deal.

Buckhead and Alpharetta are both strategic markets for PGi, so while we did consider alternative locations, as well as consolidating the offices, in the end [Terminus owners] Cousins Properties and [Georgia 400 Center owners] TPA Group provided a compelling transaction structure that aligned well with our objectives,” Senter says. "These offices will augment the company’s long-term business strategy in Atlanta and globally.”
