SAP Heads to Buckhead from Central Perimeter

Placeholder

SAP is headed to Buckhead. The German software multinational has inked a deal to take 43k SF at One Alliance Center, the 22-story Buckhead Tower owned by Highwoods Properties. That means SAP will be leaving 1001 Perimeter Summit (here), its longtime home in Central Perimeter. Officials with Highwoods and with Seven Oaks Properties, which developed the Perimeter Summit project, could not be reached for comment. Perimeter Summit is currently owned by General Electric Pension Trust. JLL's Tim McCarthy, Gregg Metcalf and Ryan Fetz brokered the deal for SAP, but also were unavailable for comment.
