Midtown's Campanile Building is streaming a new office deal.

Internet radio service Pandora Media Inc. has signed a 10-year deal for 50K SF at The Campanile Building, Atlantic Capital Properties CEO Jim Meyer said. The firm is taking floors 14 and 15. Meyer represented Campanile's landlord, Dewberry Capital.

CBRE Vice Chairmen John Shlesinger and Sam Holmes and associate Paul Holmes represented Pandora.

The deal comes more than six months after Pandora's CEO announced plans to open an expanded office in Atlanta for engineers, sales, client services, legal and human resources.

“[Atlanta's] rich music history, combined with Atlanta’s diverse talent, dynamic startup culture and extensive higher education community make it the right place to grow our team. We look forward to expanding our presence in Atlanta and becoming a bigger part of the local community,” Pandora CEO Roger Lynch said at the time of the announcement.

Pandora's 11K SF lease at 271 17th St. in Atlantic Station is set to expire in November.
