Oakhurst Now Owns a Chunk Of Downtown Lawrenceville

Decatur-based Oakhurst Realty Partners has bought into the City of Lawrenceville in a big way. An affiliate of the commercial real estate investment firm purchased 14 historic buildings in the suburban city seat, encompassing nearly 51k SF, including restaurant and retail space. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the buildings, together, are 78% leased. DTZ's Fain Hicks and Oakhurt's Bart Lester and Fisher Paty brokered the deal.
