The next Midtown apartment tower is moving forward. We got an invite yesterday to the Feb. 18 groundbreaking for YOO on the Park, a 25-story, 245-unit apartment tower at 207 13th St. We first reported here how Trillist (formerly Tivoli Properties) CEO Scott Leventhal was eyeing the site for the project. He even secured Mayor Kasim Reed as a speaker.
