Post Takes Next Step on Centennial Project

Post Properties is taking another step toward realizing its long-in-the-works Downtown Atlanta project. The firm filed permits with the City of Atlanta to develop its Post Centennial Park, a 407-unit apartment project off Williams Street, adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park. We spoke with Post CEO David Stockert, who says there still is no start date for the groundbreaking on the project, which also is contiguous to the Ivan Allen Plaza development.
