Multi-Level Bowling, Laser Tag Headed To Suwanee

Residents in Suwanee could soon enjoy a beer with their bowling, laser tag or video game. Dallas-based Stratford Land has sold two more parcels in its master development Terraces at Suwanee Gateway, including for a new Main Event Entertainment, a multi-level facility that includes bowling, arcade, laser tag and a bar. This will be Main Event's third location in Metro Atlanta. Stratford Land has been selling pieces of the 113 acres at Lawrenceville Road and I-85 it acquired in 2010 and '11 for various mixed-uses, including Salude, a 54-bed nursing facility, a 345-unit apartment project, and a McDonald's and Starbucks. It also recently sold a site for Children's Learning Adventure, a tutoring program for early childhood education.
