Mill Creek has made it official. The massive planned redevelopment of a Sandy Springs shopping center is underway. Modera by Mill Creek-Sandy Springs is slated to feature 340 luxury apartments with 25k SF of retail space in place of a dated shopping center at 6125 Roswell Rd. Amenities will include a terrace pool, a dog park, a yoga studio and other things that scream Millennials. Mill Creek released renderings this week of the new project that should deliver by 2017.
