Greystar Files Permits for Jamestown Site

Greystar Real Estate Partners has revealed a little more detail on its Midtown development plans. The Charleston-based multifamily developer has filed permits with the City of Atlanta for 1400 West Peachtree, an acre and a half parcel for which Greystar is under contract with Jamestown Properties. In permits, Greystar is seeking to develop a 323-unit apartment complex, a 165-key hotel, 3k SF of restaurant space and another 5k SF "retail/bike facility space."
