Pellerin Revealed Renderings On Its Website Of Its Vision Of The Historic Harp Transmission Redo
A former transmission repair shop in Grant Park could see itself reborn as a combo of office, retail and restaurant space. Pellerin Real Estate has filed with the City of Atlanta to rezone 350 Memorial Drive, the site of the former Harp Transmission Service station, which operated next to Oakland Cemetery for more than 40 years.
Pellerin, in a joint venture with Clark Property, plans to develop a 36K SF mixed-use project. In the meantime, according to Pellerin's website, the developers plan to allow an "amusement bar" to use the existing facility for up to three years before the redevelopment would begin.
