Trammell Crow Developing Industrial Project In Newnan

Trammell Crow is heading 37 miles south of Downtown Atlanta for its latest distribution center aimed at quicker deliveries.

Trammell Crow, in a joint venture with Diamond Realty Investments, is planning a two-building, 404K SF distribution center in Newnan called Innovation Business Center. The project, located within the Shenandoah Industrial Park at 185 and 195 Innovation Way, is a quick hop onto Interstate 85, and a 45-minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

“The property will be suited for today's industrial tenant that is working to meet the growing demand from consumers for faster shipping times,” Trammell Crow Vice President Chris Eagen said in a release.

The developer has slated delivery of the project by the end of 2020. CBRE senior vice presidents Mark Hawks and Todd Barton and Senior Associate Joanna Blaesing are marketing the project.

Trammell Crow, in a joint venture with CBRE Global Investorsrecently completed the 16-story Twelve24 office tower connected to the Dunwoody MARTA Station in Central Perimeter. The project is anchored by the headquarters of Insight Global.
