Trammell Crow Goes Spec in Atlanta

We were first to tell you this. And Trammell Crow Co is indeed headed to specville in Atlanta. Under Mark DiShaw's leadership locally (seen here at our recent event with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate CEO Larry Callahan) Trammell Crow in a JV with Huntington Industrial Partners and Amstar will break ground later this year on a nearly 320k SF spec warehouse at the Fairburn 85 Distribution Center. The developer also tapped CBRE's industrial duo Greg Haynes and Todd Barton to lease the project.
