In our ongoing series of Fish Tales, we chatted up CBRE's Chris Irby about his almost award-winning catch off the coast of Key West a couple of seasons ago. (That's him with a 38-pound Permit he snagged during a fishing tournament.) While it didn't help him win the tourney, it was one of the biggest fish he ever caught, he tells us. An avid sports fisherman, Chris' other big catches include a seven-pound bonefish in the Bahamas and a 20-pound stripped bass off Chesapeake Bay.
