Party Time!

There's a party over here, there's a party over there. This time, we went all the way to Chicago, specifically Soldier Field, where we found Invest Atlanta's Dawn Luke and CBRE's Will Yowell at ULI's Fall Meeting. Will recently helped sell a  nearly 4M SF office portfolio across 11 states for Columbia Property Trust (purchased by Griffin Capital Corp), including 2500 Windy Ridge and 4100, 4200 and 4300 Wildwood in Cumberland/Galleria.And Circle of Trust had its  Atlanta Season Finale at the Loews Atlanta Hotel, including with BB&T's Stacey Williams. Circle of Trust, founded by Regent Partners' Keith Mack, is expanding beyond Atlanta's borders, hosting its  first networking event at Keefer's Restaurant in Chicago this evening.
