| Newmark Knight Frank's Marty Pinover and Aaron Sommer just got named by SVN Equities to lease its Oakbrook portfolio, a sprawling900k SF office park called Gwinnett Par in Norcross. SVN purchased the 19-building campus in '07 for $60M from General Investment & Development Cos. Looks like Marty and Aaron won't have any down time at the start of the New Year. |
