American Building Supply has inked not only a 330k SF renewal at Building 6 at Majestic Airport Center II (4475 South Fulton Pkwy), but also grabbed an additional 100k SF for another 10 years at the 635k SF facility. CBREs David Nixon and Chad Burd brokered for the tenant, and tell us American Building--which makes doors, windows and frames--needed extra space due to internal business growth and a business rebound in its core markets.(The market is coming back and people are sick of having bead curtains for doors.)
