Metlife will stay at Georgia 400 Center in North Fulton, after a downsize and renewal. Daniel Corp's John Zintak tells us the new 45k SF lease  made Metlife's office use more efficient without sacrificing staff. ?They actually just consolidated their workspace. They didn't downsize any of their people,? John says, adding that Metlife dropped from  90k SF. (It's a good thing, now employees don't have to shout to talk one another.) That added to a lot of open collaborative workspaces and getting rid of much of its conference room space. Jones Lang LaSalle's  Tal Isbell  repped the company.
