Our spies caught Cassidy Turley's Richard Courts, Piedmont Office Realty Trust's CEO Don Miller, and Cassidy Turley's Glenn Kolkerthe other night at the Medici Office Building broker event. It's fitting since Glenn recently got the assignment to lease the former Silverton Bank HQ from Piedmont. Piedmont purchased the 156k SF Class-A building at the Piazza at Paces complex earlier this year on the Fulton County courthouse steps for $13.2M. Piedmont and Cassidy Turley hosted the party with cocktails and food catered by Local Three. Our spies were spotted but well fed.
