Cousins Properties' jewel in Buckhead turns out to be silver
LEED-EB Silver. Terminus 100, in part, has experienced a 23% water-use reduction (compared to other similar towers) by changing out sink aerators and urinal flush valves, maintains an Energy Star score of 88, replaced lamps with reduced mercury products, and installed a green cleaning/pest management program. Cousins' achieved LEED-EB Silver at the American Cancer Society buildling in Downtown this past summer.
