KSU GETTING OFF CAMPUS HOUSING

| Lee & Associates' Bruce Davis has helped sell land just a mile away from Kennesaw State University. South City Partners, a local CRE firm, plans to develop The Sanctuary at Kennesaw, an 850-bed, 245-unit student housing project that will also include 40k SF of retail space. The project will be off Wade Green Road. It's expected to open fall 2013. | ||
