Some final words of wisdom from Ackerman & Co's Kris Miller for the final coverage of our Atlanta State of Office event this week. Kris (right, with Regent Partners' David Allman) says investors have two fundamental issues with Atlanta office: Very few have ever made money long term here, and there's a perception about the quality government and corruption  in Atlanta that's a drawback. Kris adds that Mayor Kasim Reed's administration is improving that. Next, Kris says with Obamacare means more people need access to medical facilities. But building expansion will wait until healthcare providers are certain about how healthcare reform.
