|CRE investors should keep geopolitical uncertainties in mind when making CRE investments. And industrial real estate may be a good bet. That's the word from Emily Sanders with Norcross-based Sanders Financial Management, seen here on a recent fact-finding trip to Sydney. ?The business cycle that we're in right now does favor industrial,? she says. Geopolitical uncertainty in the Mideast and even the Japanese earthquake and tsunami are hitting America's economic recovery, which she described as weak anyway. ?Our forecast is that it's going to take another four to five years forunemployment to get back to 5%,? she says. And, of course, the longer unemployment persists above 9%, the longer office buildings will remain empty, hampering those investments.|
