| CBRE investment sales gurus Will Yowell, Jay O'Meara, andJustin Parsonnet have just listed Downtown Atlanta's The Hurt Building for sale (at an undisclosed price), according to sources. The distinctive 440k SF tower at 50 Hurt Plaza is half occupied and owned by Harbor Group International, which purchased the building in '06 for $33.8M, according to city property records. Built in 1913, The Hurt Building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. |
