| Yesterday we just got word that Duke Realty Corp has been tapped to develop Kuehne + Nagel's new Southeast HQ and distribution hub at Camp Creek Business Center. Duke will develop its 211k SF facility in Forest Park (delicately rendered by HAL 9000) by later next year. CBRE's Bayne Porter brokered the deal for the logistics firm. |
