Biscayne Atlantic—in a JV with
Red Starr Investments and
PointOne Holdings—purchased Gwinnett Commerce Center, a
214k SF Duluth building. Parmenter Realty Partners sold it for
$20.5M, or about
$96/SF, according to Databank.
