Deals On Santa's Lap

Something you don't see every day: A couple of adults sitting on Santa's lap. We joined a few of you Sunday night at Crescent Resources' Santa broker event at Phipps Plaza, where we caught Zack Wooten and his girlfriend Carly Rogoff reciting their wish lists. Turns out Zack has a new job, leasing for John Hancock in Atlanta. He's also been tasked with leasing the Proscenium in Buckhead where Carter's just vacated. So what was on the top of his list? A 160k SF office deal there.

Crescent's John Bell and his daughter Kate, wife Pat, and son Luke. John says Crescent has been busy in Nashville, where it's seeing a 6% vacancy in the Cool Springs submarket (kinda the Alpharetta of the Nashville market).
