| We chatted with ICON Commercial's Ryan Bowie who tells us Hagemeyer North America renewed and restructured a nearly 22k SF office lease at Royal Ridge for another six years. The company, HQ'd in Charleston, downsized and renewed its financial service center early. ICON's Eric Ramer also repped the tenant, while CBRE's Jeff Keppen and Elliott Grand brokered the deal for the landlord, KBS. | ||
