Brookdale Closes On Galleria 300

It's official. Brookdale Group is the  proud owner of Galleria 300. The company purchased the 435k SF tower for more than  $60M. Webroke the story that Childress Klein had been in talks with Brookdale to sell it the tower after tapping CBRE's Will Yowell and team to market the property. At 80% leased, Galleria 300 is home to the HQ of Travelport and PowerPlan. (If you're a company with two nouns in your one-word name, this may be the building for you.)
