We've learned that Nightingale Properties has just closed on the purchase of One Hartsfield Centre, one of the few Class-A office buildings (tallying in at 148k SF) next to the airport. It's a $10M transaction with a European pension fund. NY-based Nightingale paid $68/SF for the property. Cassidy Turleys Mike Shelly and Sonia Winfield repped the seller.
