It didn't take much for us to break this code. We snapped a pic of The Terraces off of Ashford-Dunwoody Road, new home of encryption software maker nuBridges, which leased 21K SF at the complex, moving from Northpark Town Center, according to sources. Barry Real Estate's  Caroline Nolen brokered the deal for the landlord, and NAI/Brannen Goddard's Chad Koenig  and Jim Devaney helped nuBridges. Caroline couldn't be reached for comment and Chad and Jim declined to confirm the deal. But what would you expect from a deal around encryption software?
