| Here's your first taste (and ours) of ICSC's RECon 2012 in Las Vegas. We arrived bright and early and headed to baggage claim with Newburger-Andes' David Andes, Steve Farrar, and Sullivan Wickley's Co-Founder Adam Wickley (we also shared a flight with the daughter of the late diva Whitney Houston). During our flight David told us Newburger-Andes just purchased a 9,100 SF Dollar General in Savannah and is on track to acquire another Dollar General in Dallas, Ga. The triple-net kings of Atlanta so far have bought a retail store a month since the beginning of the year, David says.
