| Last night, we gathered Emory's Goizueta Business School MBA Candidate Addie Sherwood, CBRE's Elizabeth Hoskins, and BB&T's Scott Balkcum for a little holiday margarita (or two) at the Association of Young Real Estate Professional's holiday party at Tin Lizzy's in Buckhead. Addie is this year's AYREP president (and so we thank her for the great holiday party). Scott tells us that BB&T is still pushing hard on multifamily lending. Even with cap rates compressing in this environment, it sees multifamily has a comfortable investment since Fannie and Freddie funding is often tied into these properties. | |
