ATLANTA MAKES COMEBACK IN INCHES

For Cassidy Turley local director Clark Gore, things are finally starting to click for Atlanta. But that doesn't mean he's not nervous. In CT's latest Atlanta market report, Atlanta landlords have seen a total of  1.3M SF of positive absorption over the past four quarters, 850k SF of that in Class-A space. But unlike what we've been seeing, Clark says it's positive in all class types, which tells him companies have largely stopped just  trading up  on space quality and now are actually growing, ?which is  really a turn around.? His concern: The  election. "If the election question pushes people onto the sidelines and we don't see a fall pop in activity, that could make a bad year,? he says. ?I haven't heard 'double-dip' in a long time, but I've heard it a couple of times lately."
