| The co-owners of 12th and Midtown are expected to close the sale of the 41K SF retail center at 1010 Peachtree to South Carolina-based Edens & Avant, Daniel's Steve Baile, tells us. The purchase price was unknown as of press time. It could be one of the largest mixed-use center transactions this year outside of North American Properties' pending purchase of the Atlantic Station town center district. 1010 Peachtree's retail most recently garnered headlines as the flagship Atlanta location for CB2, the Crate & Barrel furniture retailer. At 73% occupancy, other retailers include Piola and Ra Sushi. JLL's Kris Cooper has been marketing the property. | |
