He has been responsible for the financing, development and/or construction of over 1,800 units in multiple states and US territories with a total development cost of approximately $400 million dollars. Marvin earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Florida A&M University as well as an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Melissa Morales serves as vice president of multifamily operations at Boingo Wireless (NASDAQ: WIFI), a leading provider of connectivity solutions for multifamily communities. In this role, Morales is responsible for the delivery of managed wireless services, including design, installation, operations, support and security, to student housing and multifamily properties around the country. A dynamic leader, Morales manages a team of more than 60 team members and is responsible for leading wireless deployments at new brownfield and greenfield multifamily properties, as well as the support and maintenance of Boingo’s existing property portfolio that serves more than 200,000 residents.

Judd Ullom is Director of Development with Foulger-Pratt, a full-service real estate developer, general contractor and property management company based in Potomac, MD. Mr. Ullom overseas the management of several teams advancing a variety of large, mixed-use projects through entitlement, design, financing and construction. Mr. Ullom joined Foulger-Pratt in 2017 after ten years of experience in real estate development focused on mixed-use, transit-oriented and adaptive reuse projects in and around the Washington, DC area. Mr. Ullom holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and Economic Development from Virginia Tech. He recently completed Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Leadership Institute program.
