Romelia Flores is an IBM Distinguished Engineer working in IBM’s Global Solution Center (GSC) in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. She is a premier pre-sales expert at designing and architecting system prototypes which address client business challenges and utilize IBM leading-edge technology. Leveraging her Senior Architect and Enterprise Design Thinking Leadership skills she has collaborated with leading clients in the design of Storm Water Management, Edge Computing for Automotive, Cloud Platform Delivery, Warehouse Operations and Hepatitis C Eradication. She is a relentless inventor and driver of innovation for Global Markets holding 61 U.S. Patents and over 15 Patents Pending. She is also a member of the IBM Academy of Technology and the International Women’s Forum.

Chris Sharp has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in global markets. He has a deep knowledge of the data center sector and is well positioned to expand technical innovation at Digital Realty. Most recently, he was responsible for cloud innovation at Equinix, where he led the development of innovative cloud services solutions and developed new capabilities enabling next-generation, high-performance exchange and interconnection solutions, facilitating broad commercial adoption of cloud computing on a global basis. Previously, Mr. Sharp held leadership positions at top network and colocation providers, including Qwest Communications, MCI/Verizon Business and Reliance Globalcom.

Fascinated by the “why” behind the growth of emerging industries, Lloyd started with numbers, research, and analytics. He spent years in East Coast markets as an analyst, identifying commonalities where development activity was emerging. Moving to the opposite coast, Lloyd began curating content on commercial and biotech tenant trends in the PNW.

Lloyd’s persistence in dissecting how people shape environments continues to drive his interest in the CRE sector. As our new Market Development Manager, Lloyd finds solutions and opportunities to deliver environments that foster better connections, collaboration, research, and innovation for commercial and biotech organizations.
