He also provides investment and asset management consulting services to institutional clients. Jonathan and his team specialize in leasing transactions representing the needs of both landlords and tenants, giving them the diverse knowledge and ability to adapt to South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges.

Mr. Easton is the Chairman of The Easton Group, the real estate brokerage, investment, management and development firm he founded in Miami in 1974. Educated at the University of Miami, Mr. Easton received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in1966, and his MBA in 1976, majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting.

Jason Tenenbaum, Vice President – has been with Prologis since November of 2015. He and his team oversee the South Florida portfolio. Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Tenenbaum spent 4 years as a real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc where he advised both landlords and tenants on all of their leasing needs. Mr. Tenenbaum is Broker of Record for Prologis and an active member of NAIOP. He received his B.A. in Architecture from Clemson University and also studied at the Universtat De Politecnica De Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

As Vice President of Leasing, Stephanie is responsible for leasing 6.5 million square feet of industrial properties in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Prior to her current position, Stephanie spent three years as Vice President of Asset Management and Customer Service, responsible for the overall operation of the company's entire South Florida portfolio, including asset management, supervision of personnel, communication, and client retention functions. Prior to joining Duke Realty, Stephanie was Real Estate Manager and Associate Director for CB Richard Ellis and Property Manager for Trammell Crow, Glenborough Realty Trust, and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.
