Lindsey has devoted her career to understanding the legal risks her clients face in the construction industry. Her clients include developers, owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, international multidisciplinary design firms, and local engineering and architecture firms. She takes great pride in offering an integrated suite of services to her clients, providing advice on risk management, contract negotiation, and conflict resolution, as well as defending her clients from claims. Lindsey’s practice spans Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona and she considers it an honor to counsel her clients as they change the way people live, work and travel in the Pacific Northwest. Lindsey is deeply engaged with organizations in the field of construction and she holds numerous leadership positions as well as being recognized as an honorary American Institute of Architects (AIA) member. She is a respected leader in her field and a frequent presenter to industry organizations and professionals on a range of construction law topics.

Chris is the Senior VP, Development Sourcing at The Wolff Company. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. With more than 10 years experience in the multi-family industry, Chris has been involved in the development of more than $1 Billion of multi-family assets. He received his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Washington, where he also completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, NMHC and is a past board member of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.

Steve Yoon serves as Senior Managing Director of Development in the Seattle Market. In this role, Mr. Yoon is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and eventual disposition. Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2016, Mr. Yoon served as Director of Development at Wood Partners. Since beginning his career in 2006, he has successfully developed or managed approximately 4,000 apartment homes in Seattle and Portland. Mr. Yoon received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
