Everyone knows that industrial has been investors darling during the pandemic, but not as many have heard of industrial outdoor storage (IOS). According to a recent Bisnow article, IOS space typically ranges from 3-20 acres and is less than 25% occupied by buildings. Typically used for container storage or truck terminals it is extremely important to a company’s business models.
