Young Woo is the Founder and Principal of Youngwoo & Associates, a leading real estate development firm based in New York City. Mr. Woo is a thought leader in the area of creative real estate development. He has been recognized for his contribution and innovative thinking in the real estate industry by major publications such as Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Mr. Woo is a graduate of Pratt School of Architecture, and is a member of NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate advisory board and the Real Estate Board of New York. In addition, Mr. Woo is a philanthropist toward organizations that support cultural initiatives in Latin America.

Beatrice Sibblies is the managing partner of BOS Development, a community-focused real estate development and brokerage firm based in Harlem. BOS Development creates the spectrum of projects necessary for a vibrant community. BOS Development’s debut project, 88 Morningside, is an 80,000 sf residential co-op and community facility building structured on a 99-year ground lease from a Presbyterian church. With the building’s sleek interior and exterior design, the project received numerous accolades for its design quality. The project also resulted in the successful renovation and expansion of the church facilities and created an annuity for ongoing operations. Based on the success of the 88 Morningside transaction, BOS has built a practice working with faith-based institutions to optimize their real estate portfolio. Current projects include development of a charter middle school in the Sugar Hill Historic District, creation of a new furnished rental platform in core Central Harlem as well as other hospitality, culinary and education projects. BOS Development has also formed an Opportunity Zone fund focused on real estate for education uses. In her leadership of BOS Development Ms. Sibblies brings to bear a track record of financial innovation as a former investment banker and a deep commitment to building communities. Prior to forming BOS Development, Ms. Sibblies worked at J.P. Morgan Chase, acting as first a Vice President of Emerging Markets Research and then Vice President of Structured Finance. Ms. Sibblies graduated from Yale University with a major in Economics and Political Science. She also gained a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Sibblies serves on a number of non-profit boards including Harlem Park to Park, a Central Harlem merchant and community development organization; Higher Heights for America, a women’s leadership development organization; and the Urban Design Forum, a convening organization for thought leaders on urban design and development.

Johanna is the Chief Development Officer at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, overseeing Real Estate Development, Design and Construction, Leasing, Planning, Transportation, and External Affairs as the Yard embarks on a new era of expansion. She leads the rezoning and Master Plan development efforts for the Yard, particularly the creation of a new building typology for urban manufacturing and its ground-up construction. Prior to joining the Yard, she served as the Director of Planning and Development at Sidewalk Labs, an Alphabet company focused on urban innovation, where she oversaw the residential, commercial, and retail program as well as land-use negotiations and engagement with the real estate community for Sidewalk’s development project in Toronto. Before that she was in private real estate development, designing, entitling, and building a large-scale mixed-use project on the Brooklyn waterfront. She is a land-use lawyer by training and spent five years helping to lead the economic development team at City Hall. She was responsible for delivering the first-micro unit building in New York City, completing the Highline, and implementing the CitiBike system.

Prabhu Ramachandran is the founder and CEO of Facilio, an enterprise platform for property operations and maintenance. Headquartered in NY and with operations in US, ME, Europe, and APAC, Facilio manages over 60m sq.ft of space globally. Prabhu’s career spans over 18 years of product, business and customer experience focused on enterprise-scale software for IoT-based connected services, sustainable building solutions, and telecom network management.

Denis was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Americas in 2014 and is based in New York. Denis oversees all aspects of the Lendlease business in the Americas and is a member of the Global Leadership Team. Prior to this, Denis joined Lendlease in 2012, as Managing Director of Lendlease’s Australian development business. Denis brings more than 25 years’ experience to Lendlease, working across all aspects of real estate development and investment management, where he has been responsible for activities including retail, residential, office, retirement, apartments and major urban renewal projects. Prior to joining the Group Denis was Chief Executive Officer of ING Real Estate, Australia and held senior executive positions at Stockland Group and Jennings Group Limited. Denis holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Monash University and an AMP from Harvard University.
