As CEO, Chris Finlay is responsible for the oversight management of all the Middleburg affiliated companies

and is integral in capital markets activities. Mr. Finlay has a long and distinguished career in commercial real

estate investment, finance, and operations. Over the past fifteen years, he has led the acquisition and

development of nearly 22,000 apartment units throughout the Sunbelt and has executed more than $3 billion in

transactions.

Mr. Finlay is committed to giving back to the community. He is the founder and Chairman of Shelters to

Shutters, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty for

those experiencing situational homelessness, through a network of local non-profit organizations and the

multifamily industry. Mr. Finlay is also on the Board of Directors for the National Multifamily Housing Council

and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Finlay served seven years in the United States Marine Corps and graduated with Honors from the South

Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina.

Mark Wolf

Mr. Wolf is responsible for executive oversight of AHV Communities. He also manages new acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investor relations and operations.

Prior to forming AHV Communities, Mr. Wolf was a Founding Partner of the multifamily platform at GreenlawPartners in Newport Beach where he was responsible for the oversight of multifamily investments. In addition, he was the Founder and Managing Principal at SicuroRealty Partners, a multifaceted advisor/ capital provider for the multifamily sector.

Over the course of his 20+ year career, Mr. Wolf has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, construction financing and lease up of over 12,000 multifamily units requiring $3 billion in capitalization and an aggregate in excess of $4 billion encompassing all real estate types spanning the United States.

Tony Chen

MD, Single Family Build-to-Rent

Tony Chen is a Managing Director at Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities. Tony joined Crescent in 2021 to lead the start-up, launch and ongoing management of the Single-Family Build-to-Rent business unit. Prior to Crescent, Tony was a senior executive at FirstKey Homes, Cerberus Capital Management’s investment platform to acquire and manage scattered-site single-family rental properties. During his tenure at FirstKey, Tony helped grow the portfolio to over 28,000 homes and executed over $4.5 billion of acquisition, disposition, and capital markets transactions. Tony was previously an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s real estate, gaming and lodging group, where he executed over $16 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions, and a consultant at Deloitte.

Tony serves on the board of directors of HouseProud, a nonprofit providing no-cost home repairs for low-income senior, veteran and disabled homeowners. Tony earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.

Marti Burrows

MD, Single Family Rental Platform

Greystar

Marti Burrows is a Managing Director of Real Estate with oversight of the Single Family Home/Build to Rent Real Estate division for Greystar's Property Management business. Prior to taking over as leader of the Single Family Rental Platform, Marti lead the Owned Asset Support division and served as a liaison to support and guide operational excellence on all of the company's owned assets, in partnership with investment and property management leadership. In addition to supporting the Greystar owned asset portfolio, Marti lead several national initiatives to maximize operational performance for Greystar Management Services.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Marti was Vice President of Asset Management for Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she oversaw approximately $5 billion in multifamily assets across the United States. Marti has served on the advisory board for the Greystar Women in Asset Management group, the National Apartment Association executive forum, as well as the advisory board for the association's Maximize Multifamily Asset Management Conference, where she is a panel speaker and moderator. Marti holds a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Marti is a graduate of Transylvania University.
