About This Workshop
A two-day interactive virtual workshop designed for real estate sponsors, entrepreneurs, and capital raisers looking to raise capital from family offices.
Over two 90-minute live sessions, you’ll learn how family offices invest, explore real-world case studies, and walk away with practical tools to build your capital network and negotiate smarter.
You’ll Learn How To:
Understand the family office landscape—types of family offices, how they invest, and how they make decisions.
Compare investment structures—joint ventures, LP capital, co-GP deals, and direct platform investments.
Learn from case studies—real-world examples of family office-backed sponsors and platforms.
Build your family office network—proven strategies for sourcing and developing investor relationships.
Create your own outreach campaign—hands-on session to craft cold emails, improve your deck, and map your targets.
Negotiate with family offices—walk through term sheets and governance considerations from live deals.
You’ll leave with actionable insight into how family offices invest in real estate—and how to get them to invest in you.
Participants will receive post-course access to Circle, where we’ll share recorded videos, sample decks, curated investor lists, and outreach templates. The two sessions will be hosted live on Zoom. No prep work is required.
