Dom is a design director at Oktra, the UK’s leading office design and build company. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dom has approached the last 10 years of workplace design with a background spanning the education, leisure, retail and healthcare sectors. He has an in-depth working knowledge of contemporary landlord offerings and their evolution, having worked with the foremost industry leaders. Dom collaborates with landlords to create targeted offerings that stand-out in a competitive market, and is currently leading a design team in the reinvention of standard landlord offerings, challenging buildings to maximise their potential from shell and core through to a landlord’s fitted solution, in order to achieve highest rents and best in class.

Martin Wallace is the Head of Leasing for Brookfield Property Partners’ UK Office Division, having joined from Montagu Evans where he previously headed the London Agency division. Martin has over 25 years City property experience having previously held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers and St Quintin. Martin is a Freeman of the City of London.

Oliver recently co-founded Rubix, a specialist firm of commercial real estate advisors with a real desire to redress the balance and do things differently. Solving problems and challenging the status quo are two of his biggest passions. Oliver is not here to nod and say ‘Yes’, but everything is to be thought through, in a humanistic way. By setting up his own business, with his business partner Nat, Oliver has had the chance to do things his way. Rubix are here to inform and inspire action through the work spaces they create supporting Occupiers, Landlords, Developers and Investors. At the core of Rubix's ethos is their commitment to rethinking the office, with an eye to the factors that modern businesses demand such as sustainably, taking care of those around us, our planet, and to have some fun along the way.

Mike is co-head of Corporate and Workplace Solutions for EMEA. He is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the firm's workspace requirements and real estate transactions across the portfolio of corporate real estate assets occupied by Goldman Sachs in these locations. Previously, he was head of Corporate Real Estate Strategy for Asia Pacific in Hong Kong from 2007 to 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Mike spent five years in Paris working in the corporate advisory and real estate investment groups at Jones Lang LaSalle. Mike earned a BSc in Commercial Land Management, with honors, from the University of Reading.
