Cali Hyde joins Equiem as Head of Business Development for the UK & Ireland, where she is responsible for driving Equiem’s growth agenda in the UK and Ireland, as well as globally.

Hyde joins Equiem from CoStar Group, where she most recently served as Account Director. As a perennial top producer and three-time President’s Club recipient, she consulted CRE professionals in leveraging data and technology to optimise efficiency, mitigate risk and strategically grow their portfolios.

Hyde brings a global perspective to Equiem, having built relationships with a diverse array of CRE professionals—from blue-chip companies, local government and global agencies—to some of the largest financial institutions in the world. At CoStar, Hyde was a key influencer in developing scalable business strategies and streamlining internal operations.

Alongside her work spearheading Equiem’s growth initiatives across the UK & Ireland, Hyde is deeply rooted in helping our society bridge the gap to achieve political, economic, personal and social equality of the sexes. A philanthropist at heart, Hyde volunteers locally at Battersea Animal Shelter and globally at Kenya’s Aids Orphanage and Mother Teresa’s Orphanages in Calcutta. Outside of work, Cali enjoys travelling, adventuring, cycling, spending time with family and friends and being around as many animals as possible.

Judith kleine Holthaus

Judith kleine Holthaus is Head of Data & Insights at Fora Space. She oversees data, analysis, insights and systems approach, as well as product innovation. Prior, she was at Whitbread, the largest hotel chain in the UK, where she ran a Data Science and Insights team – which earned her the title of “Data Leader of the year” in 2018 and had her on a top 100 most influential people list for data in the UK last year. Her team led customer research, segmentations, and analytics in advance fo AI & automation stages. Judith also spent six years at McDonald’s in Business Strategy and Insights, where she collaborated with finance and wrote McDonald's three year business strategy and made the case for major product launches including those incorporating digital transformation.

Mark Gilbert

Head of IT

Mark has been the Head of IT since March 2017, leading, developing and managing all aspects of IT and Digital transformation within BizSpace. This includes strategic Digital advice to the business, overseeing IT governance, systems management and development and systems application and support. In addition, Mark manages the third-party supplier and partner relationships to optimize business performance.

Mark has an MSc in Business and Organisational Strategy and spent his early career in electrical and electronic engineering and production analysis before moving into IT. Mark has held roles as Technical Manager and IT Director within Capita from 2005 to 2014 and was then appointed Group Head of IT within Eclipse, a direct marketing business. At Eclipse he led the management and implementation of key technologies including, server virtualization, multiple cloud hosting environments, telephony, mobile device security and digital transformations.
