Mr. Wilson joined Fidelis Realty Partners as an analyst and leasing agent in August of 2003 and

in 2009 was promoted to the role of Marketing Director. In 2013, he was promoted to his current

role as Vice President - Leasing. He was the second employee hired by the firm that now

possesses over 85 employees. He has consistently been the top producing agent every year since

2003.

During Mr. Wilson’s career, he has been directly involved in the leasing and development or

redevelopment of more than 13 million square feet of commercial real estate in Texas and

Louisiana. His primary focus is on anchor leasing for the Fidelis portfolio. He has also been

hired to serve as an expert witness on landlord & tenant matters in various legal proceedings.

Mr. Wilson is a native Houstonian. He graduated from The Kinkaid School in 1998 and then

earned BBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in 2003. He is an active

member of St. Martin’s Church and International Council of Shopping Centers. He and his wife

have two young sons.

Ed graduated with a degree in Finance/Real Estate from the Cox School of Business at Southern

Methodist University. He is a licensed real estate broker with the state of Texas and an active member

and past Texas State Chairman of ICSC. Ed also holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial

Investment Member).

Kim was born in Flushing, New York and come from many generations of New Yorkers. It was a culture shock when she first moved to Houston, Texas in the late 70's but can now say Y'all with the best of them. Kim graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing and has worked in media her entire life. Kim played and coached soccer for many years and even spent a summer in England playing in tournaments. The oldest of three girls, she now has two sons (the first born Texans in her family), a husband and three male rescue dogs.
