Brad specializes in the valuation, assessment, taxation, and exemption of real and personal property on a state and local level for clients in a variety of industries, including commercial and industrial property, financial institutions, and manufacturers. He is currently affiliated with the Atlanta Apartment Association, Georgia Association of Property Tax Professionals, and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Brad received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, and is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), Property Tax, Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Brad is also a registered agent in the state of Tennessee.

Andrew Segal formed Boxer Property Management Corporation in September 1992. The foundation of the company was to explore the world of acquisition, management, leasing, and administering commercial office buildings. Under his oversight, the company has successfully reached into industries as diverse as resort hotels, retail centers, and other real estate businesses, accounting for over 15 million square feet of space across seven states, including New York, Connecticut, and Texas. Andrew received his B.A. from the University of Southern California. He attended the New York University School of Law. He graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1992. He sits on several boards, including the Kinkaid School and the New York University Law School.

Terrence Maiden currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner for Russell Glen, a real estate development and investment company based in Dallas. He draws on more than two decades of real estate experience to lead and inspire the company’s growth. Terrence is widely recognized for his leadership and vision in the commercial real estate development industry. His approach to real estate development is unique and inspiring, with a community-first based strategy. He is currently at the forefront of a highly profile $200M mall redevelopment in Dallas, the former Southwest Center Mall (formerly Red Bird Mall). Before establishing Russell Glen, Terrence gained valuable experience as Executive Vice President at Corinth Properties. While at Corinth Properties, his most signature development projects were Glen Oaks Crossings, Canyon in Oak Cliff, Alexan West Dallas, and the redevelopment of Sears at Richardson Square. Terrence began his real estate career with The Woodmont Company, spending several years project leasing and developing projects throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and North Dakota. He subsequently worked within corporate real estate at three well recognized companies, Panda Express, PIADA Street Italian Food, and Panera Bread. During Terrence’s three-year tenure with Panda, he was the top producer, accounting for over 60 restaurant openings. At Panera Bread, Terrence served as the Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing Panera’s real estate development efforts and opening over 95 cafes throughout the central United States, including 11 states. Terrence received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Texas Christian University, where he and his identical twin brother Tim were standout football players for the Horned Frogs. In 2015 both Maiden brothers were inducted in Texas Christian University Hall of Fame. Terrence currently serves as Chairman of the Maiden Foundation and is actively involved in many other charitable/civic organization including Methodist Hospital System Dallas, University of North Texas Dallas, International Council of Shopping Center Foundation, Urban Land Institute, Harmony Community Development Corp, Dallas Back Dance Theater, Texas Christian Black Alumni Association and many others. Terrence has received numerous awards and accolades for his business accomplishments and community impact. In 2019 and 2020 Terrence was named one of the top 500 influential business leaders in Dallas by D CEO Magazine. In 2019 he received Power Broker of the Year for Community Impact by D Magazine. For eight consecutive years (2012-2020), he was named to D CEO Magazine Power Broker list. In 2015 he was inducted in Texas Christian University’s Business Hall of Fame and was recognized by WFAA (ABC News) and Cadillac for Shaping DFW.

Susan Orloff is a principal in Ryan’s Los Angeles office. She specializes in all aspects of general real estate valuation, with primary emphasis on ad valorem issues. Areas of expertise include assessment appeals of commercial, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. Ms. Orloff has given many presentations throughout her career to various clients, industry conferences, and professional associations in the property tax area. Her extensive experience valuing investment-grade property in California has qualified her to appear as a witness before Assessment Appeal Boards throughout the state. She is a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Ms. Orloff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
