Kristen joined Oxford Properties Group in 2016, where she provides legal guidance to Oxford’s investments, leasing, development and property management teams in the New England region. Prior to joining Oxford, Kristen was in private practice at the Boston law firm Nutter, McClennen & Fish, where she focused on leasing and general real estate transactional work. She has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in downtown and suburban office lease negotiations, as well as representing investors in the acquisition, disposition and financing of office, retail and industrial properties. She started her legal career at Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston. Kristen has her law degree from Georgetown University, and a bachelor of arts in Political Science and French from Brown University. Kristen was named a “Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star” in Boston Magazine several times during her career in private practice. She is on the Board of Directors of REFA and a member of CREW.

Mark B. Elefante is a partner in the Boston-based law firm, Hemenway & Barnes LLP. The firm’s experienced team of real estate attorneys and paralegals specialize in acquisitions, sales, development, financing, zoning, permitting, leasing, and litigation. Mark focuses on counseling developers and lenders in commercial real estate projects. He is a contributing author for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publications concerning commercial and residential real estate transactions and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. David Fitzgerald serves as a Vice Chairman at CBRE. He is an Executive Member of the CBRE | New England Law Firm Practice Group and has performed brokerage and advisory services for numerous local, national and international law firms. Some of his significant clients include K&L Gates, Goulston & Storrs, Skadden, Goodwin, Brown Rudnick, Sullivan & Worcester, Hemenway & Barnes and Bank of America among others. David’s accomplishments include being named the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Broker of the Year in 2013. His community involvement includes being a board member of the Tisch College at Tufts University, a Trustee of the US Ski & Snowboard Team and a board member of Youth Enrichment Services.
