Steve joined Campanelli in 2000 and is a top executive in the real estate industry. He has served as both President and Chairman of NAIOP Massachusetts and currently serves on its board. Steve is involved with MIT’s Alumni Fundraising Committee for its Center for Real Estate. Previously, he was a Big Brother with Big Brothers of Massachusetts. In 2014, Steve joined the Board of Directors for Crossroads and is actively involved with the non-profit.

Jay Hirsh founded Jumbo Capital Management, LLC in 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and asset management.

Prior to founding Jumbo Capital Management, LLC, Jay was a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group at New Boston Fund, Inc., a Boston-based, real estate investment management firm that manages over $1.2B in private equity capital on behalf of high net worth and institutional investors. Jay managed asset acquisitions in New England, property management, leasing issues and dispositions.

In addition to his responsibilities with Jumbo Capital Management, Jay Hirsh is Managing Partner of the Hingham Shipyard Marinas (https://www.hinghamshipyardmarina.com/). Jay is an active member of NAIOP and ULI. He attended Tufts University where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Ginger Dhaliwal

Ginger is a seasoned entrepreneur with 15+ years of successfully working with startups in Asia and North America. She has led the product development from ideation to launch for several disruptive patented technologies in the healthcare, e-commerce, and fashion industries. In addition, Ginger was the founding member of Embedded Wireless, an R & D facility, and was instrumental in growing the company from 1 to 100 engineers with international offices in Malaysia, India, and the US.

Currently, Ginger is the Co-Founder and CPO of Upflex, a B2B solution for on-demand workspace. Upflex strives to help businesses become more efficient, agile, and sustainable while giving employees access to a global network of workspaces.

Wil Catlin

William “Wil” H. Catlin, Jr. is Partner and Managing Principal of Boston Realty Advisors, where he oversees the Commercial Leasing Division, as well as the overall strategic growth of the firm. Wil has an innate ability to translate business objectives and corporate culture into an effective environment that yields productivity and creativity.

Mr. Catlin leads a group of client-centric professionals in both tenant representation and agency leasing. Since 2017, the Commercial Leasing Division has leased over 1.5 million square feet, establishing Boston Realty Advisors as the market leader for the TAMI office sector and specialists in navigating gut rehab commercials projects throughout Greater Boston.

Mr. Catlin is an active member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He is on the board of Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, The Tremont School and part of the Menlo College Alumni Association.
