The celebration closed out the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, CPAC weekend, this year featuring views of the monuments from the top floor. YCC is a DC-based, young professional conservative leadership, education and networking association. The first Reaganpalooza started 12 years ago with 40 people at a small apartment party in Arlington for friends from around the country to come together; this year, over 500 enjoyed music and video games on the Wii U, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
